TASTE OF THE WILD - A Celebration of Animals and an Evening of Food, Wine & Fun!

Held annually, "Taste of the Wild" is the sanctuary's largest fundraising event of the year. The 2019 installment will be taking place on Sunday, October 6, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Come have fun and enjoy the food, drink, entertainment, and of course, animals! Our theme this year will be 'The Wild West!' This is an event you won't want to miss!

Along with fun theme ideas we come up with, you'll also see: restaurants, wineries and breweries from all over Arizona offering tastings from their menus; music and different types of entertainment; a silent auction and raffle with amazing destination and entertainment packages; and behind-the-scenes visits and special presentations with some of your favorite animals!

As we're a 501(c)(3) organization that receives no city, state, or federal funding, the proceeds from this fundraiser directly support the animals and education programs at Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary; providing food, triage supplies, and housing needs not only to the animals we have on grounds, but also the hundreds more we'll see come through our gates in need of our help.

Thanks to everyone who attended and helped with the 2018 event. It was a great success! We raised a lot of money for the animals and everyone had a great time.
